Project: Hampton Roads Districtwide Construction and Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services
Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide all necessary services, through experienced and qualified personnel, to assist the Department to include, but not limited to, providing construction engineering and inspection services (CEI).
The proposed fixed billable rate on-call contract will have a maximum value of $10,000,000.00 per term.
