In Design: King and Queen County Business Telework Center

This project will assist with development of a 3.5 acre commercial site that will host a 4,000 square foot business and telework center in King and Queen County.
The center will have 25 telework stations, parking, and a bus stop. It will be the only teleworking location in the Middle Peninsula for individuals commuting outside the region for work, and would offer broadband Internet access.
The facility would also provide services for home-based and small businesses, such as meeting space, virtual conferencing equipment, and copying and faxing services.
Benefits
This project supports the establishment of a telework facility for Middle Peninsula area residents.
