Under Construction: Witchduck Road - Phase II

This project is locally administered by the City of Virginia Beach. It will provide a six-lane divided roadway on a 143-foot to 165-foot variable right-of-way from I-264 to Virginia Beach Boulevard, a distance of about 1/3 of a mile.

Benefits 

Aesthetic improvements, such as a wide outside lane for cyclists, 16-foot wide benches comprised of brick pavers and sidewalk will be provided to enhance this corridor. Roadway modifications also include Pennsylvania Avenue, Mac Street, Southern Boulevard, Cleveland Street and Admiral Wright Road at Denn Lane.
