The project team utilized a collection of media announcements to seek input from the public and to encourage participation from the public about the study including location targeted Facebook ads, paper flyers distributed along the corridor, electronic email flyers, and changeable message signs for drivers entering the corridor (second public meeting only).

Two public meetings were held virtually via GoToMeeting. The first public meeting was held on November 19^th, 2020 and the second public meeting was held on March 24^th, 2021. The first public meeting was an informational meeting to gauge the top priorities and issues for the public along the corridor. During the second public meeting (attended by 9 individuals) improvement alternatives along the corridor were presented for feedback from the public.

In addition to the two virtual public meetings, two online MetroQuest surveys were developed. For the first survey, the public was asked a series of questions to rank their top concerns along the corridor as well as determine how often the corridor is used by the public and for what purpose. 100 individuals participated in the first MetroQuest survey. The second MetroQuest survey asked respondents to rate the potential improvements drafted by the project team from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest) stars. 258 individuals participated in the second MetroQuest survey.
