About the Study
This STARS (Strategically Targeted Affordable Roadway Solutions) study is assessing potential multimodal safety, operational and accessibility improvements for about three miles of Old Ox Road (Route 606) between the Dulles Greenway (Route 267) interchange and Rock Hill Road.
The study team solicited public input regarding corridor priorities during the first round of public involvement in June. This feedback will be used to help develop potential safety and operational alternatives that will be evaluated and presented during the second round of public involvement scheduled in early 2024.
Old Ox Road averages about 33,000 vehicles a day within the study limits.
