Description
This STARS (Strategically Targeted Affordable Roadway Solutions) study is evaluating existing and future conditions on Brook Road from E. Parham Road to the north and to Azalea Avenue to the south, and E. Parham Road from Villa Park Drive to the west and Chamberlayne Avenue to the east in Henrico County. This study will be focused on identifying safety and operational issues and developing solutions to improve the environment for all modes of transportation including bicycle, pedestrian, mass transit and vehicle.
