Description
This study will evaluate the existing and projected future conditions of South Laburnum Avenue between Thornhurst Street and Williamsburg Road (Route 60) in Henrico County. The study will focus on assessing current conditions and recommending improvements to address congestion, operational and safety issues in all modes.
STARS South Laburnum Ave Corridor Study
Benefits
This study will provide potential improvements to enhance safety and traffic operations along the Laburnum corridor. A pedestrian, bicycle and transit improvement plan will also be identified along the study corridor. Proposed accommodations will aim to improve safety for pedestrians and bicyclists and enhance connectivity on South Laburnum Avenue throughout the study corridor.
