ALL LANES ON ROUTE 17 CLOSED IN CAROLINE COUNTY
All northbound and southbound lanes are closed near Mount Road with a crash

11:10 P.M. Update: All lanes on Route 17 are now open near Mount Road in Caroline County. The crash scene has been cleared and the detour lifted. 

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – All lanes on Route 17 northbound and southbound are closed in Caroline County near Route 719 (Mount Road) and Hazelwood Lane.

A crew with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is en-route and will be setting a detour around the crash scene.

There is no re-opening time available.
