NORRIS BRIDGE INSPECTIONS TO CONTINUE NEXT WEEK (NOV. 4 - 9)
Drivers should expect a single lane closure on the bridge Monday, Wednesday - Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. –  The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will continue inspecting the Robert O. Norris Bridge next week.  

Drivers should expect one-way traffic on the Route 3 bridge over the Rappahannock River Monday and Wednesday – Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. each day. No lane closures are planned on Tuesday, Nov. 5 for Election Day.

An automated flagging device will be used to direct drivers through the work zone.

The Robert O. Norris Bridge crosses the Rappahannock River and connects Lancaster and Middlesex counties.
