I-95 NORTHBOUND OFF-RAMP TO ROUTE 3 WESTBOUND CLOSED
Exit 130B (Route 3/Fredericksburg) is closed with an overturned tractor-trailer

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Interstate 95 northbound off-ramp to Route 3 westbound is closed in Fredericksburg with an overturned tractor-trailer.

Crews are on scene to remove the truck, which was hauling lumber, and spilled onto the ramp at Exit 130B (Route 3).

There is no exact re-opening time available but the ramp is expected to remain closed for several hours for clean up.

Drivers should use Exit 130A to Route 3 eastbound and make a U-turn to access Route 3 westbound.
