ROUTE 3 CLOSED IN WESTMORELAND COUNTY
All lanes of Route 3 are closed near Polk Street intersection for vehicle crash with downed power lines; VDOT crews on scene to assist with detour route
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Route 3 in Westmoreland County is closed in both directions near the intersection of Route 622 (Polk Street) for a vehicle crash and downed utility lines.
Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) crews are on scene to assist with traffic control, and to guide motorists along the detour route:
- Route 644 (Wild Sally Road)
- Route 214 (Stratford Hall Road)
Drivers are encouraged to check 511Virginia for real-time updates on traffic, work zones, incidents and travel time information.
