Route 623 to Close temporarily in Campbell County
Due to bridge replacement project
LYNCHBURG – Motorists should expect delays due to a culvert replacement project on Route 623 in Campbell County. Route 623 (Town Fork Road) will be temporarily closed from Route 625 (Austin Mill Road) to Route 682 (Leesville Road). Road closure is scheduled to begin August 15th, 2022 and is planned until November 18th, 2022.
The Department of Transportation will provide adequate signs for the closure and detour of this portion of Route 623, and will use Route 625 (Austin Mill Road), to Route 684 (Buffalo Mill Road), to Route 682 (Leesville Road), back to Route 623 (Town Fork Road).
