Stringfellow Road Traffic Changes at I-66 During the Overnight Hours Tonight and Tomorrow Night, May 19 and 20
FAIRFAX - Stringfellow Road under I-66 will operate in a single lane in each direction during the overnight hours tonight, Friday, May 19, and tomorrow night, Saturday, May 20, from 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. for sound wall installation. Two-way traffic will run in either the northbound or southbound lanes of Stringfellow Road, depending upon construction progress, during this time. This work is part of the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project.
The ramp from Stringfellow Road to the 66 Express Lanes East and the ramp from the 66 Express Lanes West to Stringfellow Road will also be closed as part of this work. Overhead signs will direct drivers to alternate routes.
