Week-long Lane Reduction on Monument Drive North and South Over I-66 in Fairfax Beginning On/About Monday, Oct. 9
FAIRFAX – Monument Drive will be reduced to a single travel lane in each direction between Fair Lakes Parkway and Government Center Parkway starting at 7 a.m. on or about Monday, Oct. 9, continuously through 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, for bridge joint replacement. Alternating single lane closures will be implemented both ways throughout the week. Turn lanes to and from the express lanes will remain open during this time. This work is part of the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project.
All work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if inclement conditions occur.
