ALL LANES OPEN ON I-81 NORTHBOUND IN ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY
STAUNTON – (12:30 p.m.) All northbound lanes of Interstate 81 have reopened in Rockbridge County following an overnight tractor trailer crash near mile marker 196.6. One of the trucks involved in the crash was hauling cooking oil, and the resulting spill required extensive cleanup of the travel lanes.
Cleanup operations continue on the right shoulder, so motorists should use caution in this area.
